for Public Administration and Innovation and was approved during
the MENA-OECD Ministerial meeting in Marrakech on the 23rd of
November 2009, in the context of the MENA‑OECD international
Initiative on Governance and Investment for Development.
The Program is based on the principles of international
partnerships for development and aims to:
- share and optimize the best experiences of Governments, public
and private companies, international organizations and Universities
for the innovation of the public administration;
- facilitate the ongoing integration process among participating
Countries, also as a key element to foster economic, business and
social development.
The objective of the Program is to gather on interoperable
platforms the best e-learning courses for civil servants developed
within the participating Countries in priority areas agreed upon.
This learning content will have to meet shared standards and be
available in Arabic, English or French in order to ensure ease of
use to all the participants according to their needs.
